Make the Effort!

My mantra of the day: Make the Effort. Don't just think about doing it, do it. Whether it's getting off your butt to exercise or give a word of encouragement. Don't wait until tomorrow to make the effort today.

When you think "this is good enough", make the effort to do something even better. It's not that hard if you try.
